Theatre Marionette (in estonian "Teater Marionett") is a gem founded in 1962, where every performance offers something special for both children and adults!

We are sorry that at the moment, we do not have any English-language performances in our theatre, but we promise that we are working toward that goal!

Our theater hall is located in Tallinn at Salme tn 12, on the 2nd floor of the Salme Cultural Centre. For those arriving by car, parking in the Salme Cultural Centre parking lot is free.

The Marionette Theatre “Marionett” originated thanks to Hilda Kon, the director of the Tallinn Leather and Footwear Production Association “Kommunaar,” who in 1962 invited RAT “Estonia” soloist Harri Vasara to lead a puppet club being created at the factory.
